About The Cardiologist

Menno Winand Baars, (born October 04, 1967, Utrecht) is a Dutch cardiologist. He studied medicine at the University of Utrecht and at Harvard Medical School Boston. Following two years of internal medicine he did four years of cardiology in the Antonius Hospital Nieuwegein. He worked for many years in the IJsselmeer Hospital in Lelystad. In 2014, he started as one of the first cardiologists with private cardiology in The Netherlands (HartKliniek Nederland, Dutch Heart Clinics). Starting from scratch, he created an internationally known center for the treatment of cardiac patients.
